Enterprise Windows Engineer - Infrastructure Administration

Essential Functions: Responsible for high level Windows Server and Virtualization (VMWare/Citrix) planning, design and optimization activities Architects solutions and sets configuration standards for physical/virtual servers to ensure the reliability and data integrity of each server based on business requirements. Lead architecture discussions and standardization Lead the development and implementation of automated systems for RWJBH Corporate and Affiliate entities Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Virtualization environments. Work with management to define the appropriate standards, policies, procedures and technologies to facilitate the management, accountability, functionality, and security of RWJBH Windows and related technology infrastructure assets and systems Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IS policies, procedures and SLAs Act as Lead in the process of developing, testing and implementing technologies. Develop reports for Corporate and Affiliate entities as required Provide customer and peer training on Windows and related technology infrastructure toolsets, processes and procedures as required Take lead role in projects, architecture and support (Subject Matter Expert, Tier III resource) Mentor junior team members After hours on-call support when scheduled/required (24x7) Assists in maintaining application and system availability toacceptable service levels. Completes assigned work within allotted time. Work with project managers/coordinators to develop project plans and timelines for all system projects. Provides appropriate project communication and status reporting Escalates issues that may have negative financial impact Establishes implements and maintains security model for system. Provides guidance, feedback, coaching and developmental experiences to other IT, project team or RWJBH associates toencourage teamwork and a positive work environment Provides management and standards for all aspects ofproduction systems. Provides second and third level support to the Help Desk team to ensure all network and system services are running within normal operating parameters Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Certification or equivalent may be substituted for a BA degree A minimum of eight (8) years' experience in information technology and Services. Experience in health care field helpful, but not required Required: MCTIP Preferred: Microsoft Certified Master Work Environment and Hazards Good knowledge on Active directory related services and technologies (Group policy, DNS, DFS, DHCP etc.,) Expert knowledge on VMware Enterprise platform is an added advantage Experience in working remotely with data center staff toresolve problem Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
