Director IT Asset Management

Job Summary: The IT&S Asset Manager (ITAM) provides governance for and oversees asset management systems and processes tracking the lifecycle of IT&S assets. Responsibilities include managing vendor contracts and service level agreements, software license information and updates, monitoring IT asset procurement and deployment activities, verifying financial data and variances in asset inventory, overseeing periodic audits to ensure process and system quality and monitoring and assisting in developing enterprise wide IT&S asset purchasing standards and procedures. Essential Functions: Provide accurate and thorough summaries of license entitlements Oversee governance (KPI's) for reconciling IT asset (hardware/software) inventory data Provide ITAM metrics, risks, recommendations and best practices Organize and manage software asset licensing to ensure timely renewals Lead and coordinate external software audits Monitor contract budget performance (e.g., Microsoft) identify variances and recommend corrective actions Reviews contract (e.g., Cerner) charges, identifies and resolves disparities Perform audits to ensure contract compliance Perform cost benefits analysis for vendor supplied business cases Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience 7-10 years of business experience including managing teams responsible for asset management, finance, procurement and service contract management. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
