- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws - Assist with sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants - Negotiate and execute contracts with vendors and service providers - Assist with administrative tasks, such as property inspections and tenant screenings - Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and diplomacy
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is a must - Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively This position offers a competitive salary.
