This is a Monday - Friday position; 9am - 6pm.
Interviews for this position will take place at our Haworth location (276 Haworth Avenue, Haworth, NJ) OR Roseland location (182 Eagle Rock Avenue, Roseland, NJ).
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Social Media Maintenance - Facebook and Instagram.
Preparation of meeting memos Assisting the CEO in running calls/meetings Annual Calendar review and preparation Managing written communication and setting up email drafts Tracking Reviews Preparation of Quarterly Trainings Assisting the CEO in new school year initiatives Assist in classrooms (Wednesday, Fridays, 9am - 1pm) and as needed EXPERIENCE WITH CHILDREN OR WORKING IN A CHILDCARE CENTER WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE.
