We are looking for an Office Assistant to support our Director Property Maintenance.
This position will also work closely with our Property Managment Team.
Duties:
Support the Director Property Maintenance on day to day tasks Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings Type documents, drafts, and reports Maintain and help coordinate scheduling for the Property Maintenance Team Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information Oversee mail deliveries and packages Assist with any and all accounting needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1 year of Real Estate experience or start up experience 1-2 years of experience in office management preferred Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and to grow with the company Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
