- Provide administrative support to the office staff - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents -Answer telephones - Assist with customer support by answering phone calls and responding to emails - Manage office supplies and inventory - Prepare lease for new tenants - Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital - Use QuickBooks to manage financial records and invoices Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
