Position Overview - Technology Platform ManagerWest Orange, NJ or Wilmington, DelawareThis business unit is searching for a highly skilled Technology Platform Manager with a strong desire to work with global teams and participate in vendor selection, oversight and management on behalf of the private capital fund's division.

The candidates will collaborate with both internal and external vendors to support the infrastructure used by the private capital fund's division.

You would be part of a globally distributed team and collaborate daily to deliver value to CSC's customers.
You will work collaboratively with the product management team, the development team, CSC's Enterprise Technology group and external vendors to ensure the delivery of all products in an efficient, timely manner.

Oversee the stability, security and business requirements of the infrastructure for the private capital fund's division Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production Contribute to infrastructure design and establishment of requirements Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects Work closely with product management, development teams, enterprise technology and external vendors Track technology infrastructure costs and contribute to annual budget planning Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks Provide scope and effort estimates for future initiatives Implement and maintain security standards, procedures, and guidelines for software platforms Implement and maintain Application performance and stability measuresWhat technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need? Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Information Systems or related discipline preferred Proven track record of building, mentoring, and coaching high performing teams in local and remote locations Experience with vendor selection/oversight Direct experience with closed end funds technologies like FIS Investran a plus Knowledge of applications platform needs especially MS Azure hosting environment, Drive and ability to remove obstacles for team success Understanding and ability to foster an environment of motivation and dedication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdditional candidate considerationsThe information above describes the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
