Responsibilities:
r PTA provides comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.
rPTA assists PT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
rPhysical Therapist Assistant documents the patients daily participation and progress on progress notes in an accurate and timely fashion and obtains the co-signature of the PT.
rPTA ensures MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
rPhysical Therapist Assistant adheres to all other documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.

Qualifications:
r Graduate of an accredited university with a BA or Associates degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTArPhysical Therapist Assistant holds a current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)rBenefits and Perks for our full-time Physical Therapist Assistants:
